I am a former Property Preservation Field Officer with Chase Bank, covering over 27 counties in Northern California.  I worked out on the field and I drove to properties, conducted interior/exterior property inspections and I met face to face with borrowers in default to discuss loss mitigation work out solutions.  I also have 6 Years of experience working in the Loss Mitigation and Default Servicing Department for Chase Bank.  I was able to help 2000+ families avoid foreclosure with alternatives such as loan modification, short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure, forbearance and repayment plans.

I am also a Notary Signing Agent and I am TRID approved with my certification education from the National Notary Association.  I have notarized hundreds of loan modifications and mortgage loans since 1999.
