• Loss Mitigation and Default Servicing Officer: With 6 years of experience at JP Morgan Chase Bank, I helped over 2,000+ families avoid foreclosure after falling behind on their mortgage, through options such as loan modifications, short sales, and forbearance plans.
• Property & Asset Evaluations Field Inspector: Certified as a Marketing Expert, I am trained in conducting property evaluations for post-disaster inspections, Broker Price Opinions for Hard Money lenders, investor purchases, refinances, HELOCS, PMI removals for asset management companies, insurance companies, and all large lending institutions. Commercial property inspections.
• Property Specialist II with 13 years of experience at the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara, I managed Section 8 and Tax Credit properties as well as conducted annual Section 8 and Project Based Section 8 voucher annual recertifications.
• Notary Loan Signing Agent since 1999.  I have notarized over 6000 refinance, HELOC's, Purchase documents, Sales documents, Grant Deeds, Quit Claim Deeds and other real estate documents and loans.  Completed for a multitude of lending institutions, title companies and hard money lenders.  I cannot notarize any document where I am a party to that transaction.
